Excavation in Flint Springs, TN
Flint Springs is a small, old community on the east side of Bradley County, and its name is an honest geological report: flint in the ridges, springs in the low ground. Most contractors have never heard of it. We work past it regularly. If your Flint Springs property needs grading, drainage, clearing, or a driveway that survives both the rock and the water, call (423) 716-4143.
Ground like this asks two different questions of a contractor, sometimes within the same hundred feet: can you handle rock without panicking your budget, and can you handle groundwater without pretending it’s rain? A crew that only knows one answer learns the other on your invoice. We already know both.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will rock blow up my excavation budget?
My yard is wet even when it hasn't rained. Why?
That’s groundwater, almost certainly a spring or seep, which is why surface regrading never fixed it. Interception drainage upslope of the wet spot is the usual answer, and it’s very fixable.
